We are a community of gals who encourage and equip each other to cross the divide from impossible to possible.

We are committed to lifting all women (no matter race or religion) from what has been holding them back. At the heart of our company is a community of encouragement (online and in-person) and products with purpose (sports bras to start). Every product will be fashioned to equip a gal with confidence as she steps toward her best self. Every product purchased fuels the healing process for gals from some of the most disadvantaged situations (human trafficking and trauma). The Live Light-her brand is built to equip gals with good quality, useful, sustainable and inspirational products for their journey to live life lighter. Although we are launching with a sports bra, coming later in 23', we foresee many more products to follow. We chose a sports bra to start because every gal needs the right equipment to hold in the goods and go forth confidently. Our sports bra will hold em' in so you can concentrate on your win (personal best). Our sports bra will become an essential piece of your warrior woman's armor, "lifting the girls", inspiring your heart and encouraging you to live victoriously!

We embrace a way of livin' life light and livin' life big, while livin' free and livin' full, no matter who you are. The living life lighter approach is not about living less but living more. Living with more joy, love, peace, patience, kindness, gentleness, goodness, faithfulness and self-discipline.
When it comes to Living Light-her, we believe the heart matters. At our H.E.A.R.T we believe in Helping Humbly, Encouraging Earnestly, Aiming for Amazing, Renewing Regularly and Transforming Together. Together, we encourage each other to walk by faith, maintain the pace of peace and stretch beyond the possible to the impossible.
We believe we transform best together in community. Therefore, an online and in-person community creates the heartbeat of our company while products with purpose (sports bras to start) not only equip gals to step towards her best self but also proceeds from every purchase help fuel the regenerative and restorative process for gals from disadvantaged situations (human trafficking and trauma).
We also believe every purchase should delight our customers and we aim to serve up an amazing experience every time. Although we come from different backgrounds we are united in purpose.
We are committed to helping women battle the lies of "not enough" by surrounding "her" with support and equipping "her" with good quality, useful, sustainable and inspirational products to live "her" best life.
Our Beginning
Our co-creator and founder, Teel Smegal, was inspired by God and encouraged by family and friends to pursue her passion of lifting-up gal’s (women of all ages and tribes), from what’s been holding them back. Her passion for helping gals, especially those who feel as if getting to where they want to be is impossible, combined with her faith, a formal fitness training background, a personal battle fighting the "lbs.", a growing fondness for trail running and a dream to leave corporate America by way of entrepreneurship birthed a vision. Her vision grew to become a redemptive business model built on faith and around products with the purpose of encouraging and equipping every gal to step towards her best (unique, gifted, talented and beautiful) self and live life lighter.
